CUSTOMER SERVICE
hakopee Public Utilities is a commonly owned municipal electric and water utility. We have been serving the community
since 1902, and we give backto the community, including contributing payments in lieu of taxes to the City of Shakopee
every year. Shakopee Public Utilities Commission is governed by a board of commissioners appointed by the Shakopee
City Council. We purchase power wholesale from the Minnesota Municipal Power Agency.
